Fin-Force began as a pioneering project between KBC, a leading Belgian bank, and EDS, a leading technology services company. The goal was to create a true specialist in payments processing and to create cost savings for the participating banks.

Today, Fin-Force is a multinational institution in its own right, with headquarters in Brussels and an operational branch in Bratislava. Other financial institutions have taken active stakes in the business and ownership is now shared between KBC and DZ BANK. Along the way, we have seen a number of firsts, ranging from the creation of a successful, multi-client, back-office solution for payments, to the creation of the very first European, cross-border, payment-processing partnership.

By continually adapting our services to the ever-changing payments landscape, we enable our clients to respond to the many challenges imposed by government bodies and the market. A key measure of our success is that the cost per transaction has fallen over 50% in the six years since our creation.

And as we look ahead to the future, we promise to continue making timely, correct and competitive transactions for even more of the banking world.
